Pattern and Syllabus of SSC Exam

Tier-I: This is the preliminary stage of the SSC exam. It consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and is conducted online. The questions cover subjects such as General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language. Each section carries equal weightage, and the duration of the exam is usually 60 minutes.

Tier-I. It consists of different papers, including:

Paper-I: This paper focuses on Quantitative Abilities and consists of multiple-choice questions. The exam duration is typically 120 minutes.
Paper-II: This paper tests candidates' proficiency in English Language and Comprehension. It comprises questions based on grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, etc. The exam duration is usually 120 minutes.
Paper-III: This paper is applicable for certain posts and consists of questions related to Statistics. The exam duration may vary.
Paper-IV: This paper is specifically for candidates applying for certain posts, such as Assistant Audit Officer, and involves questions related to Finance and Accounting. The exam duration may vary.

Tier-II: The Tier-II stage is the main examination conducted for candidates who qualify

Tier-III: The Tier-III stage is a descriptive examination that aims to evaluate candidates' writing skills. It usually includes an essay, précis, letter writing, or application writing. This exam is conducted in offline mode and has a duration of 60 minutes.

Tier-IV: The Tier-IV stage is a skill test or computer proficiency test, depending on the specific requirements of the position applied for. This test assesses candidates' proficiency in computer applications, data entry speed, or other relevant skills.
